Pull-Up Bar Extension Brackets

Pull-Up Bar Extension Brackets

Unlock new levels of training versatility with REP’s Pull-Up Bar Extension Brackets —your solution for a dedicated pull-up bar with brackets that maximizes space and functionality. Designed to create a dedicated offset pull-up station, these power rack attachments seamlessly integrate with the 4-Post Ares™ 2.0, upcoming Wall-Mounted Ares™ 2.0 , and 5000 Series 6-post racks (not compatible with Athena™ due to cable configuration). The unique offset design of these brackets, for pull up bar setups, increases front-rack clearance, offering greater freedom of movement for a wider range of upper body exercises—without compromising stability or structural integrity. For added support and optimal stability on a 4-post Ares™ 2.0 setup, we recommend using REP’s Mini Front Foot Extensions . For a 4-Post rack without an Ares™ 2.0 we encourage customers to purchase the Front Foot Extension Pair . If your rack is bolted down, feet are not required. These pull-up bar brackets enhance your rack's functionality with smart, space-conscious design—right where you need it most.

If you’re only looking for a straight pull-up extension bracket, these are a solid choice. They have the typical quality you’ve come to expect from REP — well-made and reliable. However, they have one major flaw: they are not standard 3x3 or the metric equivalent. Because of that, the quick-mount accessories from Darko for the Voltra don’t work with them. That was really surprising and disappointing to me. For more versatility, I’d recommend going with the Irwin or Black Widow brackets instead. Overall, these are fine if you just need a basic straight extension, but the non-standard sizing limits their usefulness in a mixed setup like mine.

These are great because it pulled the pull-up bar out from the rack and I think makes it easier for us doing pull-ups not to be too close to uprights.
