Raises the pulley height for the REP 4000-5000 series, old style manticore, or any cable machine with a 3x3 support. It bolts on the the face of the 3x3 support and has a secondary top pulley for doing curls. Buyer will need to supply mounting hardware. The standard cable will fit, the chain going to the weight stack will have to be adjusted.
