This is kind of a weird piece of equipment. I bought this before investing in a real home gym setup (squat rack, adjustable bench, etc.) when I was working with just some dumbbells and kettlebells. It got the job done as an adjustable bench, but I have trouble really recommending it for a few reasons. First is the price: it's almost the same price as some of the lower-end benches that REP or Titan offer, and those are significantly better options than this. Second, it was insanely difficult for me to get comfortable laying on this. I'm not a tall person at 5'4", and even I was hanging off of this when I tried to do flat dumbbell bench press. I can't even imagine what it would feel like for someone who is taller than 5'6" or 5'7". However, it does have some positives. It doesn't take up much space, with both legs folding into the bottom of the bench. This was part of the reason I needed something like this, because I didn't have a ton of space to work with at the time. It's also well built and feels really solid. I was doing dumbbell bench press with 70lb dumbbells in each hand and didn't feel any wobble or instability from the bench. It also has hooks for resistance bands, but I never used that feature. I plan to keep this in my gym as a second bench for dumbbells and as a platform for dumbbell step-ups, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is serious about lifting.
