REP ARES low row attachment fits over kick-plate bar to raise the height while doing rows. Each one is made to order and features a heavy duty stainless steel ball bearing/ aluminum pulley. I use 1/4" plate which is twice the thickness of conventional workout equipment to ensure reliability. The hardware is just as rugged with a grade 8 rating.
