I’m torn because I feel like this is great for holding stuff like my swissies or bands but I wouldn’t ever trust putting tension of any kind on it. It’s a single bolt running through the middle with nut put inside of the screw cap end. There is a great color selection but I wouldn’t use it for more than storage
