We use it for shoulder mobility, descent quality, nice oassive nerling,gets much used, great value.

Nothing fancy and don’t need to be. We have a bunch of sizes for swings and warm ups. We also use for kids training and let them beat the crap out of tires. Perfect application as no worries of oddball bounces like an actual sledge hammer
