Featuring our Knurled Straight Handles that can be easily taken on and off to adjust into the 3 width choices. These 3 width choices, accompanied by the flared out design allows the user to target different muscles, while achieving the perfect width for their body composition. Use the knurl marks on the handles to assist in achieving the same hand positioning each set.
