Rogue Pinch Blocks
The Rogue Pinch Blocks are a great tool to improve the strength of your pinch. Whether for max lifts, holds, walks, or raises. The width of the block presents a challenge to even the strongest of hands because it engages the fingers and thumbs in a way that removes the emphasis on your palms. The stronger you pinch, the stronger it makes you.

Pinching stuff is hard. I have a few sizes of these as well as a Sorinex pinch block. They all function the same and the finishes feel the same in the hands. I don't use them often. Typically if I am training pinches I will just grab some bumper plates and hold onto them. They are only necessary if you're training for an actual grip comp. Otherwise, I wouldn't spend the money.

These are cool and were a good price. I like this for grip training and especially as some grip contest had similar implements so I wanted to have same thing at home to train with. They came in a pair and I only kept one as I only needed one and gave other away.

Fun to train, very specific type of grip strength, price was more then fair but not any real engineering put into something like this

Fun for grip gauntlets, cheap enough to throw on an order. The 1" and 3" blocks are the most popular at our gym.

Your basic tool, the feel is alright. It’ll get the job done for what you need
