Rolling Key of Valhalla

There are so many fixed key pinches! Let's spice things up and add a roller! This one will truly challenge your key pinch strength, especially if your thumb is your weak point. Place your fingers on the plate side, and your thumb on the roller side. Thumbs can be straight or bent, but either will surely give you excellent training! The finger plate is 3" in length and 1.25" in height. By default, the finish on the roller is kept to raw steel to support consistency in competitions and also to allow for natural seasoning.
