Rubber Medicine Ball

Rogue’s Rubber Medicine Balls offer a great complement to our standard vinyl-coated Medballs, as the firm, springy exterior shell in this design opens up a range of new training movements, including ball slams with convenient bounceback, lateral throws against a wall, and back-and-forth bounces with a partner for strength and stamina development. Available in nine weight increments for gradual progression (from 6 LB up to 30 LB), Rogue Rubber Medballs are all uniform in their weight distribution and equipped with a tread-pattern rubber outer for a steady grip even when your hands are sweaty. Aside from bouncing, they also function as stand-ins for dumbbells or kettlebells during squats and sit-ups, or as tools for balance and coordination exercises and rehab work.
