If you ain't extendin' you're just pretendin' - for $75 bucks! Gets the job done on a budget, but admittedly I have only used it for a couple of weeks and haven't had much weight on it yet. So far I've been using it for single leg extensions only to avoid overloading it. Time will tell. I really bought it to save space as much as money. A little bit of a hassle to put on and off, but for the price I can live with that. I modified some 1" hitch pins with spaces to make taking it on an off a little easier.
For accuracy on Amazon mine is called the "EVERYMATE Seated Leg Strength Extension and Curl Athletic Practice Machine, Adjustable Leg Fitness Equipment Attachment, Fitness Squat Rack Accessories", which is a pretty great name.
