I'm not a big kettlebell guy, but received this as a gift. I generally use it for warmup movements. It's super easy to adjust the weights, but it's not durable at all. There is no way I would feel comfortable tossing this around. If you're looking to get into kettlebells, I'd just get some fixed iron ones.
