Honestly these are 5-star bands. I got these in a pack from Amazon based on a review from Gluck who said they feel just like his Rogue bands.
They are 100% natural latex, which if I remember right prevents it from ripping sooner. I have had them for a couple years- they were one of my first home gym purchases. I can do so much with these bands. The black one is also great for those who want to do assisted pull ups.
They show minimal to no signs of wear. I would definitely recommend these and get them again.
