I like how these are smaller in size which is perfect for being crash pads for my adjustable dumbbells. I can't address their bounciness since I try to place my dumbbells on them instead of dropping them from height. I find them also useful to raise my rear end off my bench when doing knee extensions with the tib-bar device. Pretty good and a decent price.

They are small, very bouncy and just ok.
They work fine, but the bounce is very annoying to deal with. The redeeming quality of mine are these custom Brad the Pad safety stickers from plate snacks
