A compact, rack-mounted functional trainer designed to attach to a single 3x3" upright. It’s compatible with 2-post, 4-post, 6-post, and many wall-mounted racks, making it a flexible option for different setups. Its core is our patent-pending Cable Retractor, which keeps the cable tensioned, allows quick height changes, and eliminates the long, complex cable runs found in traditional functional trainers—resulting in a cleaner, more streamlined setup.
