Honestly a good buy if you’re too lazy to make your own. It’s jelly just a piece pvc pipe cut in half with grip tape added to it. The rubber edges pop off mine all the time. That being said love the idea and execution of it. I use it a lot for calf training almost more than my seated machine. And there is a QR code the maker has on the bottom to take you to a page for uses of it if you want more. Has a super small foot print and is a great height for getting a deep stretch. You can totally build this yourself and save on shipping.
