Love the knurling and build quality. The paracord doesn't dig into my wrists during rotational exercises like woodchoppers where I make contact with it. My only nit is that the lengths of the paracord loops are slightly different, which comes into play when I use two handles on a single carabiner (e.g. for low rows). It's not a huge deal though, and if I really wanted to I think I could fix the length difference by re-tying the paracord loop.

Can be customized. I have the 1" Semi Aggressive in a custom length based on my hand to maximize ROM for rows.

I got the Fat Grip with Aggressive Knurling and use it for a lot of pressing and grip movements. Simple but great. So well made.
