Used at my work gym - there are significant downsides to this rowing machine: the handle is fat, and so this makes rowing with it considerably harder than it should be. The seat is also slippery, and so if trying to sprint on it then it’s impossible to stay on…for example if trying to set a good time at 100m row. As with most/all TechnoGym kit, it’s expensive commercial equipment, wouldn’t recommend for home use, much better options out there.
