These J Cups turn the Slim Gym into a decent second rack for your gym. They protrude enough from the rack to give you clearance without because a hazard for your head. It makes your trainer more versatile which is important for any home gym.

These are versatile j-cups with multiple useful applications. Fringe Sport originally created these for thier Sim Gym, which is a wall-mounted functional trainer and half-rack, to create more clearance when racking and unracking barbells. I don't have a Slim Gym, but I ran into a clearance issue when I mounted my Mammoth Belt Squat and Swan Neck to the rear base stabilizer on my PR 5000. Ultimately, I purchased these to preserve the space inside of my rack for bench pressing (I just like benching with my head facing away from the garage door), but I found a secondary use for them as handles for my Mammoth. Design-wise, these j-cups are very heavy duty and come standard with two Magpins that can be utilized for other purposes when the j-cups are not in use. The j-cups also have built-in hooks which allows them to be stored vertically on an open upright. Overall, this is a cool product with several practical applications.
