If you’re buying the Shorty Bench and have the Smart Arm, you need to buy this. Often times when doing leg curls, I’ll get discomfort in my knees from where the bench makes contact. The angle of the bench along with this pad fixes that for me and I can do leg curls pain free. It’s a must buy but only if you’re using the Smart Arm.
