This attachment is protect the main reason why you consider buying the Smart Arm and Shorty Bench. The pad is nice and wide and the knurled handles feel great and are in the perfect spot. I don’t get any leg nor knee discomfort while using this seat. The only thing I can truly deduct points for is that it’s a single use attachment.
