These are fantastic rack mounted spheres that really challenge your grip. The spheres feel premium and are textured enough where it’s easy to grab onto initially but will challenge you he longer you hold on. They are easy to install and you’ll be able to use them in a matter of minutes. The small form factor is a huge win so less rack real estate is taken up. Highly recommend
