The Rogue Strongman Throw Bag is an implement we first designed for the “Bag Over Bar” event at the Arnold Strongman Classic, and it’s now available here to the public for the first time. Made in the USA from durable 1000D and 500D Cordura, this is the same handled sandbag used by Hafthor Bjornsson (aka “The Mountain”) during the 2017 Rogue Record Breakers challenge, when he threw a bag loaded to 100LB over a 15’ tall high-bar. By popular demand, the Strongman Throw Bags were brought back for the 2018 Arnold Fest, and they have quickly entered the training arsenals of many of the world’s elite strength athletes.

We have one rogue bag out of 15 bags and the one rogue bag ripped . Buy a Cerberus throwing bag instead and thank me later

Have this since Rogue launched it nearly 6 years ago, its filled with rubber mulch and is great for taking outdoors and throwing, quality is perfect

On the more expensive side for throwing bags. Handle will get chewed up by concrete, but that’s normal. The zipper pull on mine is damaged, probably because I didn’t have it tucked enough. If you’re shorter it can be a bit tricky to swing and for filling to lighter weights you’ll want to use rubber to help fill it out.

Great quality handle and bag. Easy to fill to desired weight. Weight distribution is good and stays tightly closed. If you throw outside and it’s hitting concrete it will start to chew up the handle. The bag itself has had no issues. My handle is no where near needing replaced, but I do have concerns about one day that being an issue. Won’t be for years, but just be mindful that it may be something you have to address one day.
