T-3 Series Adjustable Monolift Attachments

T-3 Series Adjustable Monolift Attachments

Upgrade your T-3 Series Power Rack with the Adjustable Monolift Attachment for safer, more efficient heavy lifts. The J-hook style mount installs in seconds - just pin and rotate into place, no hardware required. Counterweight handles automatically swing the hooks back after liftoff, keeping the bar clear so you can lift in place without walking it out. Re-racking is just as simple with a forward lean, reducing strain and improving safety as you push for max reps.

These are great for benching in a rack, but they just don't swing far away enough for me to squat with them. I've had them for several years, used to switch back and forth but have left them set up for bench exclusively for over a year. They have held up very well. I painted mine solid black because red doesn't work for us.

The Titan monolift attachment is a well made and solid product. It really shines when using it for bench press and falls short when using it for squatting. It's difficult to get set under the bar when squatting because of the movement of the attachment. I'd fulling recommend it for benching and suggest saving your money if you're thinking of purchasing for squatting.

I have the version 1 of these monolift arms by Titan, so my review won't deal with any features introduced in later versions. I've had mine since mid-2017 and it is still holding up fine. I tend to do a "hard re-rack" after a set of squats, and these are more than up to the task. I haven't had the issue that some reviewers mentioned, namely, hitting them on the way up of a squat (but I tend to squat with the pretty upright stance). Their amount of clearance seems just right to me. They are heavy, though, so I wouldn't recommend them if you plan on putting them on and taking them off of your rack each time you use them. They live on my rack permanently on the "squat area" outside. Before I rated its value, I checked Titan's site and its retail price is currently $329. But Titan is also currently running a sale (as they often do), which brings the price down to $215. At that latter price (but not the former), I think this still remains worth it for someone who, for whatever reason, prefers not to walk out a squat, or - another great use of the arms - who wants a more shoulder-friendly method of unracking a bench press.

They will never replace a true monolift. But if you are benching by yourself, they are a dream. I have hit the hooks coming up on a squat, so I would recommend walking it out still, but for box squats, they are the way to go and I have not had any issue hitting them.

I use these exclusively for bench press. They live on my titan bench press rack. For this specific use I love them! Unracking heavy bench’s by yourself is no fun and these solve that problem at a relatively decent price!

I can see the value in using these for bench but for squats that don’t swing far enough and I have hit them on the way up many times. Also, they are a pain to put on. They don’t get used much in my commercial gym.

I’m not a big fan of this style of monos. They don’t swing back enough. They work okay for bench and OHP, but they are awful for squat. Other designs like MM or rogue 2.0 work better for squats, but still aren’t without some issue. I would pass on these unless you intend to only use them for press and are on a budget.
