This was recommended to me by a great personal trainer/physical therapist after my second round of physical therapy for my post laminectomy/discectomy surgery. I have had this stretch out strap for something like 12 years now. It traveled with me everywhere (work kept me on the road a lot at the time) and allowed me to stay on program for finishing rehabbing my back. I paid like 10-12 bucks back then, it's only up to 15 as of the time of this review, so I'd say the value is pretty good. the loops allow for various and short pull distances, and it's length allowed for setting up to pull different angles. Performance wise, it's as good as you could want it to be and as comfortable as it needs to be. the build quality of the one I purchased has been stellar, no issues with any stitches or fraying. I've only ever used it to stretch out limbes and my back, I've never tried anything that would apply real load (felt or otherwise) to the stitching, so I can't speak for it's ability to act as a daisy chain.
