The 75×75mm upright profile is this rack's standout feature — it unlocks compatibility with accessories from virtually every major manufacturer while still supporting a full keyhole system, giving you the best of both worlds. Height options are plentiful, making it easy to fit a range of ceiling heights and training styles. The powder coat is solid and holds up well to daily use, though it falls just short of the premium finish you'd find at a higher price point. For the money, this is a highly versatile foundation for any serious home gym.

I can't point out anything wrong with this. Welds seem fine to me, powder coat is fine, and it's a 3*3 rack with 1 inch holes which is basically the standard.
