This thing used is one of the best values in the entire home gym space. It's great for warmups, injury rehab, and certain iso exercises. If you add weight and focus on form, the Total Gym can work you.

Total Gym FIT is a really nice all in one piece of equipment that allows you to do a ton of different upper body movements by using your own body weight. These Total Gyms have been around for many years in different versions. The Fit version is pretty much a clone of the the previous versions but is still a great piece. I bought mine on Facebook marketplace for a couple hundred dollars but if you buy them new then they are approx. 1k to 2k.
