XMark Tri-Grip Olympic Weight Plates is a really nice plate that is great to handle with cut out handle holds.

These are fine. I do prefer the Equalizer plates for 45s due to the holes being on opposite ends (you can have your hands even). They've gone up in price a good bit, and I'm not sure they're worth the price. You can get the urethane coated plates from rogue for $20 more (for a pair of 45s), or the raw iron 45s for the same price. It is really nice that they have a consistent design across weights (Rep's stop with the holes on the smaller weights). They are a bit thicker than the rep's, though do be aware they have a different diameter than Rep (I wish I had known this! Check diameters when buying across brands). Overall, I'm happy with them, but prefer the iron sound / feel and definitely prefer the look of the Reps'
