Recently added this to my gym, and it's already one of my favorite grip toys. Luke from Arm Assassin made me a custom extra long version of the 2" variation. This is a great DOH axle accessory as it moves the weight farther from your wrist, making it significantly harder to hold on to even at lighter weights. Really nice option for wrist curls as well. Photo taken fresh prior to any chalk
