Upright Farmers Walk Handles

Upright Farmers Walk Handles

The Upright Farmers Walk Handles set the bar for strongman and endurance training. The exclusive vertical post and adjustable handle design let you train by customizing your preference. The two-height adjustable handle allows you to switch between 8-in. - the same as a hex deadlift bar and 16-in. - traditional Farmers' Walk Handle height. The vertical weight posts enable you to load more weight than conventional Farmers' Walk Handles and protect your plates by keeping them from hitting the ground if dropped.

The Titan Fitness Upright Farmers Walk Handles are a good bang for the buck. The quality in the pins, caps, and handles does leave something to be desired. When mine arrived the pins were damaged (great shipping Titan...) and Titan never sent me the new ones they said they would. So I got the largest bolts that would fit the holes and just made thrm much stronger than stock. Other than that they work great and were a great price compared to many options on the market and of the few options that load plates like this style does.

I had side loading handles, but definitely prefer top loading handles. These from Titan are great. I like the knurling. I did swap the pins for bolts. Mine weigh within 0.5 pounds of each other at 43.2 and 43.4 pounds.

Really like these handles. Not a strongman competitor so they don’t take the beating other put them through but they seem pretty solid, especially for the price. Glad I got the top loaded pair, they just seem easier to use.

Good for Titan but not great, if using with over 300lb consistently pins will bend long term, they have plastic caps that fly off immediately, other then that there soild

They’re a lot better than front loaded handles, and can be turned into a frame. Great value for the pair. They’ve taken a beating and the only wear they show is on the handles…a little rust showing, but they’re kept outdoors. The feet are a little bent from drops, but nothing major. I would buy these again if I had to.

Love these farmer's handle, especially since they are top loading. They have knurling though, so be aware that this will be a training AID but possible a competition DEFICIT for you. Most comps have smooth handled farmers. That being said, these are very nice. I store them next to the posts for my smith machine when not in use.

Solid for the price. Top load is so much better. But they are pain to store. One handle has signifyingly more aggressive knurling then the other.

The knurl on these has been inconsistent from the different ones that I’ve handled. If you’re a purist who prefers a non-knurled farmers anyway, look elsewhere. The pick height is in a pretty standard range. It is nice that there is an adapter available to makes these into a frame as well

Upright is the way to go for farmers. I’ve had my set for a few years and they’ve been used in multiple competitions. They’ve held up well outside of some paint chipping on the weight horns and wearing on feet considering the use they’ve seen. The removable handles are kind of dumb and I’ve never used the low setting. You can to figure out how to position the pins best so you don’t hit them with your legs. My handles have lines on them that looks like knurling but are purely decorative. Handle height is about 16”
