A traditional “home gym” all in one setup. Features the usual lat pulldown, low pulley, mid pulley and adjustable chest press/row/shoulder press. Where this unit stands out is with the leg extension/seated leg curl. Hoist was the first to feature a seated leg curl and it performs very well. If an all in one traditional gym is what you’re looking for, the Hoist V4 is an excellent choice. Price is excessive however they can be found for around $1k on the secondary market.
