They’re solid and allow you to target specific movements with cable or band work, no real complaints. I just don’t end up using them that often, but they’re nice to have when I do.

Not exactly the same, but I also got them on Amazon. They work great. They could have a little more padding.

For an ankle cuff, these are great. The heel strap helps to prevent sliding when doing movements like standing leg curls. And the price is pretty low foe the functionality.
