VERVE Strongman Sandbags
The VERVE Strongman Sandbags offer a flexible and easy to transport alternative to heavy balls and stones. Loadable sand bags are provided empty and require clean dry sand to fill the inner bags and must be filled to weight using scales and are designed for their specific weights listed and not to be overfilled or filled with other products other than clean dry sand. These sandbags are heavy duty and able to withstand drops, but they are not designed to be slammed.

Pretty sturdy sandbag. I have the 200lb bag, filled with manufactured sand it is likely closer to 220.
There is a small rip in the side (double walled so nothing is coming out), may have been from dropping into the side of the yoke.
