Similar to the last poster, I bought this 19 years ago. Still going strong. The design has changed over the years. Back then there were only really cheap benches, or really expensive commercial benches. And then this in the middle. It's a FID bench, tripod design (my version), and has port for attachments (I have the leg extension/curl one). It also has a tapered back pad which gives more room for your shoulders. Pro/con depending. In recent years, all these features have been blowing up, but 19 years ago they were already there. Is it perfect. No. Are there better benches. Yes. But it works, and it's used multiple times every week. Would I recommend it. Probably not. It's a good bench, but the adjustment system isn't ideal, and there are better benches these days.

I've had this bench for 18 years and only recently sold it, it got me through without any issues, in later years it wasn't as steady as its better days, but it served me well. simple to adjust and the pad held up good.

I bought this bench after having watched Home Gym Hacks and Reviews video on it. The build quality is amazing, and it's solid as a rock, but it's difficult to move around, and the pop pin placement on the attachment port is a pain. It makes moving attachments in an out so difficult. It's so bad, I stopped using it after a few weeks and purchased a Nighthawk. Powdercoat is great, and it's nicely built, but at the end of the day, it's not for me.
