About the Gym
Welcome to my home gym! Second gym in Germany on Gym Radar :D Started in 2025 as an idea and a tiny budget; obviously turned into a whole thing. I've spent way too much time getting this space how I like it, and am still going. Being in the basement, it stays cool at a consistent temperature all year round. I even get my 2 small daughters in here, trying to foster an active lifestyle from a young age. My main training style is that of the bodybuilding persuasion (hence all the mirrors) but I do all sorts of training and stretching in here.
