About the Gym
I'm an artist, and with my painting studio upstairs, my basement gym doubles as my workshop, and thus gets it's name, the Sandstrom Sculpting Studio! I built my home gym as a means of getting strong after a long illness zapped my strength and spirit. Now it serves as a place of meditation and joy.
