About the Gym

The gym name comes from a business that was across the road from my house ( what was my NaNa’s house since 1962)called West End Market. I used to walk across the highway as a kid to get snacks. It’s been closed now for many years. My gym was built as a 1500 sq. ft. shop but I am currently, using 2/3 of it as a gym and batting cage for my kids. The equipment is a collection of my own, my grown nephew’s, and my buddy’s, whom I’ve lifted with for the last decade.
