This Ironmind product has been around for decades. And again, I've had it for decades. The standard when it comes to head straps for neck lifting. The neck is a commonly missed body part to train. However it's as important as everything else. Start very light as your neck isn't traditionally used to supporting weight. This head strap is very comfy and can hold hundreds of pounds with ease. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. It's a long lasting product. Keep at it and you can lift heavy on the neck!

In my opinion, these are the best collars for 1 inch adjustable dumbbells bars. Again, been around for decades. I've had them for decades. The construction is simple yet effective. They come with a wrench. The idea is you wrench tighten them. Once tightened, the plates are secure. You can trust your life with these. The downside? When you tighten them, they will leave marks in the bar. That doesn't matter for me. Best used with Ironmind big boy dumbbells.

These are the best adjustable dumbbells you can get. Again, been around for decades. They are perfect for presses, farmers, rows etc. They are nearly 2ft long. You can fit 200lbs of 10lb plates easily. They come with the bulldog collars which need to be wrench tightened. Once tightened, those plates are going nowhere. Only thing is cost. I got these 5 years ago and they were cheaper. They are more expensive now. The handle is 35mm and has an aggressive knurl, which is perfect for me.

Another solid piece of equipment from Ironmind. Had this for over 20 years and shows no sign of slowing down. Can be used for dips, chins and grip training (hub lifts, rolling thunder, one hand lifting and of course neck lifting ;))

These were designed to work your ring and pinky fingers. This is because they are the weakest fingers on your hand. When you're closing the normal COC grippers you'll struggle with the last few MM's. That is due to the last two fingers. These are great for negatives, reps, and even thumb work!
