Not surprised I’m the first one to review this. It’s an oddly specific machine. I’ve had it for a year and a half and overall I enjoy it. I am a washed up athlete so the sled treadmill is great for backwards walking for my knee strength. That to me is my favorite part. I do not use the forward sled very much. Partly because the sled feeling is not my favorite and the other part being I just don’t push a sled for my fitness goals. I’m newer to the home gym game so I haven’t invested in a rack but I also wanted a pull up and dip bar. That’s why I got the extension. They work as advertised and are nothing fancy. Get’s the job done. The metal quality is passable, not great. I was surprised how sturdy it was doing pull ups and dips. No wobble. I will give it points for having wheels, I can easily move it and the lighter metal contributes to that as well. If you want to follow the KneesOverToesGuy program or this fits any of your other goals and don’t want to take up too much space, I’d recommend the product.
