Picked mine up on marketplace for $80 so I can't complain (much). Seat pad is nice, calf block isn't too bad. My main issue is the position of where the pad goes on your quad area. The design pulls you forward as you do reps. Can it train calves? Yes ... does it feel safer and more sturdy to do it on my smith machine with a loaded barbell ... yes. I don't have some of the build quality issues others are speaking of, mine is more of an overall design issue but it does work. All that being said if I paid retail for this I would not be happy.

I went with the REP echo system after a ton of research. It's pricey but very well built and I have never had an issue with packing and shipping. I have the six post PR 5000 with the lat / low row attachment and the new SMITH attachment that I chose to put on the front. It's a beast.
