This is a great alternative for a small space gym. It is a bit clunky to set up, and depending on how sturdy your rack is (and whether you can counterweight it), you definitely can't go as heavy as you might like to. That being said you can still get a great pump in and also have the option of using it as a rather large loadable sled! For my purposes and money(because I got mine on Marketplace) 7.8/10
