Better than the flat chest but still not my favorite. I thought the Strive one with more convergence is the best by far if you are able to find that older model. This one similar to the flat they did not nail the handle angles. Feels wide and unnatural for me and stresses the shoulder. Better plate loaded presses IMO.

Its a well loved piece but it missed the mark for me. Something with the handles the angle isn't right on them..Feels very wide and puts a lot of stress on my shoulders. Wanted to love it honestly because I saw they are making a combo flat/incline unit but just not for me.

The best thing on this is the stack is huge and it feels like an accurate weight. This is the only selectorized leg press I have seen that was actually difficult to stack. The ROM leaves a lot to be desired and its an interesting movement arc.. you feel yourself moving upwards a bit throughout the motion kind of like the HOIST roc it lines.

Really probably the best combo unit I have ever used for an AB/ADduction. The ability to change the resistance profiles on this type of movement is awesome and really the only difference between this and the other brands. Like the pec deck you dont realize how much it adds until you use it.

Really like this machine. You can get an insane stretch with the adjustability settings...best other than hamtractor. Like all prime pieces the adjustable strength curve is great. Not good for shorter builds can be harder to line the knee up with the axis of rotation.

The ROM is exceptional the amount of knee flexion that you are able to get with the ARC of the ROM is best in class. Strength curve could definitely be better and this machine is a plate eater...but one of the goats. Wish it was never discontinued.

This is a direct clone of the flex fitness hack of old. A very good solid hack at less steep angle which makes it very joint friendly... No adjustable foot plate is unfortunate for a modern hack….commercial grade for sure there is nothing wrong but think there are better options for comparable price

I like this row a lot. Has a telescoping chest pad and a great ability to do both unilateral and bilateral movements. Feels really similar to a barbell row. One of my favorite plate loaded rows
