This thing is an absolute unit. Built like a tank, zero wobble, zero movement. I’m 200 lbs at 5’11” and it feels completely locked in no matter how hard I push it.
What really sets it apart is the range of motion. I can actually get full ROM with weight, which I’ve never been able to do on EliteFTS, Hammer Strength, or anything else I’ve used. Most of those cut you short once you load them, this doesn’t.
The setup just makes sense biomechanically. You’re not fighting the pad or positioning, you’re just training. It hits the glutes, lower back, and spinal erectors exactly how a 45° hyper should.
If you actually care about building your posterior chain and not just going through the motions, this is on a different level.
