I’m just a guy. With a girl. With a dog. And a gym.

I have had multiple iterations of the GHD and the reverse hyper. I had a rogue GHD and a rogue reverse hyper. They took up too much space for both. So I then sold the reverse hyper and bought a rack reverse hyper that fit on the RM6 rack. I still had the GHD taking up space. So I sold both and bought a donkey and I am very happy with it and I use it more than 4x a week so it's a good buy for me. The adjustability on the feet portion of the GHD is crappy. It's so damn heavy it's hard to move by yourself without help. The "nut saver" pad is a good thing because I don't want to be slamming them on the GHD. It's essentially an Abrahms GHD and adjustable like that one, again it's difficult to adjust so I keep it in one spot for me. As for the reverse hyper, It's a reverse hyper machine. This thing will not move. I've had a lot of weight on it and it will not move this piece. It is large and cumbersome, but then again so am I. It does take the place of two machines so I'll take it. I am overall very very happy with it.

When I started my home gym I searched for racks and read all the reviews for as may as I could find. I kept coming back to the Rogue RM6. At the time they didn't have the functional trainer add on so I couldn't get that, I probably would have. I love this rack. It's a tank. First thing first, the room in it is astronomical. I placed my rhino in the back of the rack and have all the room in the front to squat bench and deadlift on. It doesn't move with any amount of weight slammed into the j cups. The weight on the back and the rhino cement it into place. It is not moving, so place it where you want it and leave it there. It's an investment yes, but It is something I will probably have until the day I die. I have the monolifts that work on almost all bars except the kabuki bar. I seem to compress with that one and miss the hooks. Thank God the safety straps catch every an anything. I don't like the way you have to move them. I used a pin to place so I can move them up and down more easily. It's honestly the centerpiece of my home gym and it stands as something that I can't wait to buy the new MILO monitor for when it comes out. I love this rack.
