My name is Donielle. Iron & Sage is the name of my massage and personal training business that will be based out of my home gym! I’m a powerlifter, aspiring educator, CPT, LMT and MOM. We’ve been building my home gym over the last 5 years and it is almost complete! Equipment is on the way and will be up and running soon. I’m here to meet other home gym owners, share equipment recommendations and see what other cools gyms are out there.
