Well built with good feel and value. Only complaint is its has some slop, but is not a deal breaker.The highlights are the fat handles feel good in the hands and wrists, and the angle of the handles are nice to find where is comfortable. A good attachment to have for your 2x3 rack.

Last minute certification to be able to host the LHLE virtual meet. Now I know I can finnaly get stong but probably will need to be double certified to make sure.

Great bench, it is built like a tank with little to no play and no wobble. It more stable than some commercial benches I've used in the past. Also the padding is excellent it sticky with just the right amount of squish to make it comfortable without sacrificing stability.

The best plates I have ever used. After deciding to start a home gym I looked around for plates and decided that The Strength Co plates were the right choice. Originally chose this tree because of the price and it being on wheels unlike a lot of other trees. It does hold plates well, but does not wheel around well on horse stall matts with 555 pounds of the next generation of American iron.
