Yeah, they're pricey no way around that. But after three months of using the 5–75 lb set several times a week, I can honestly say they're worth every penny if they fit your budget and you have the space. I compared REP against Rogue and Titan's urethane dumbbells, and REP came in at the best price, so the decision was pretty easy. They feel fantastic in the hand, have held up to heavy training without any issues, and still look brand new. I'm already considering adding the 80–100 lb expansion set. The only challenge is figuring out where I'd put them. The reason this isn't a full 5 stars is quality control. A few dumbbells arrived with minor scuffs, and some had an oily residue that wiped off easily. My pair of 10s also had a small bubble in the urethane. That said, REP's customer service was excellent and they shipped me a replacement pair immediately and even let me keep the originals. Minor cosmetic issues aside, these are incredibly solid dumbbells, and I'd buy them again without hesitation.

After using this machine for a few weeks, I'd rate it a 3/5. It does what it's supposed to do. It's a real quiet stair stepper (A+), but that's about where the praise ends. The biggest positives are that it's very quiet, the console is simple and responsive, and the stop button on the right handle is a nice convenience. Setup was also fairly straightforward, although reinstalling the rear cover was more frustrating than it should've been. Unfortunately, several advertised features miss the mark. The handle heart rate sensors are wildly inaccurate. Even when my Apple Watch shows my heart rate around 165 BPM during a hard workout, the machine often reads somewhere in the 80s or 90s. Since heart rate tracking was one of the reasons I chose this machine, that was a major disappointment. The included smartwatch was also misleading. I assumed it would sync with the machine, but it's simply a basic Android smartwatch that tracks your heart rate independently. If you already own a smartwatch, it's essentially redundant. A couple of smaller annoyances stood out as well. The side step platforms stick out just enough that I've hit my shins on them more than once, and the calorie counter doesn't account for your height, weight, age, or gender, so the estimates aren't very meaningful. Overall, I'm satisfied that it functions well as a stair stepper, but it feels like several features were added for the spec sheet rather than executed well. If I were buying again, I'd spend a little more on a better-built machine with more reliable features.

So let's get the biggest criticism out of the way first: no, this does not have a true 1:1 felt weight ratio. If that's a dealbreaker for you, it probably isn't the machine you're looking for. That said, it wasn't actually my biggest issue. I save accessory work for the end of leg day when my quads are already cooked, so 132–151 lbs on this machine was more than enough for my training. The resistance never held me back. My real complaint was the seat design. Like Tanner mentioned in his YouTube review, the recessed mesh section under the seat where your calves rest constantly got in the way. Because of the seat angle, I had to press my back firmly into the pad and slightly lift my hips to get the deep quad stretch I wanted at the bottom of each rep. That position actually made the movement feel fantastic but the mesh section pressing against my calves was distracting enough that I could never fully focus on the set. My wife had the exact same complaint, so it wasn't just me. Outside of that, we both had a really good experience with the machine. If they redesigned the seat and eliminated that mesh dip, this would honestly be a 10/10 leg extension for me. I've since sold mine to a friend, not because it was a bad machine, but because I'm chasing something that feels even closer to "perfect." If the rumored updated version addresses these ergonomics, I'd absolutely give it another look. Otherwise, the GMWD weight-stack leg extension/lying curl is probably my next purchase. I'll happily sacrifice a little seat angle if it means saving about $1,000.

It's a dumbbell rack, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. It arrived fully assembled on a pallet, which is great for most people, but I had to partially disassemble it to get it into my garage gym. Not a huge deal just a bit of extra work. Reassembly was straightforward, and I was able to do it solo without any issues. At the time, there weren't many saddle-style racks in this price range, so this was the best option available. Ironically, REP released a very similar rack at a lower price literally a day after mine was delivered. Just my luck. That said, I'm still very happy with it. It's compact, looks incredibly clean, and fits my gym perfectly without taking up unnecessary space. The build quality is exactly what you'd expect from Rogue - solid, well-finished, and built to last. No complaints at all.

I previously reported that adding the Gym Radar banner to my gym increased all of my lifts by 10 lbs. I'm now here to provide an update. After pairing it with the acquisition of the OG Massenomics banner, my lifts increased by an additional 25 lbs across the board. Rest periods have become completely unnecessary. I no longer experience fatigue. I simply move from set to set fueled by unlimited strength, determination, and enthusiasm. Additional side effects include thicker hair, deeper sleep, improved mood, enhanced recovery, and a general sense that life is finally starting to make sense. At this point, I'm not even sure these are banners. They may be performance-enhancing wall art. If you don't own both, you're honestly doing yourself a disservice. The real question isn't whether you can afford them... it's asking if you can afford not to.
