These are pretty neat. They slide on the handles of captains of crush grippers or similar and have a set screw to lock them in. Lets you train a pinch grip with grippers you already have.

I have the 5/8” attachment version and use them as a handle for Hatfield squats. Knurling is great. In my case they’re single use and they’re expensive for that. If I had 1” holes on my rack, I could see these being really versatile.
