Works as you would expect. Battery last a really long time.

Pretty good bang for the buck. Works well as steam sauna but also has option for dry sauna. I would like it to get hotter but temp it just is enough. Nice that it is easy to move but we leave it in one spot. Having a better chair for it was something we had to do.

They work. Nothing fancy but they do the job. My wife uses them for stepping up and down with weights and they work for that.

These are light and you use them as a pair. They are used every day for just a few minutes before workout. They help with shoulder mobility and health and are good for shoulder rehab. You can get training movement videos from YouTube or the wildman athletica company.

We are really liking these. Great for mobility and shoulder health. The company has workouts and we found several on YouTube. Got a 7lb for my wife and 15lb for me and got the add on weights for end to let us go up in weight before needing to buy another club.

Yes it is expensive. However it is commercial quality. The build of this thing is insane. It does not move even a little bit when we are on it. You get 3 good movements out of it in my opinion but you can do more. I think GHR and back extensions and reverse hypers are the main movements you will use this for. We tried this one and the freak athlete apex and felt this was better deal and better quality(shipping is included). This was mainly a purchase by my wife to replace her freak athlete hyper pro. It was pretty tough to get into basement as it weighs about 350 pounds so beware. I updated value to 5 stars because my wife said she thinks price for the quality etc makes it a good value.

This works great. Good replacement for my titan style jack. I like the looks of it. I like how it takes up less space and less footprint when used.
