I use this on targeted points. I can gently or aggressively go after parts that are excessively tight. I wish the part you hold was slightly larger but the point that digs in is just right. I’ve also used this braced up on the wall to get to parts of my back.

Although these plates are not smooth, they are easy to grip. I use them for squats and pressing, keeping the thinner plates for DL. I like the look of the script.

It does what you are able to tolerate. Feels just like what the PT does. For what it is, I don’t think it was worth the price.

Got this at HGC in 2026. Was easy to put together. I have unloaded one side to see if it would tip. Seems to be built well. Was definitely at the right price for me. I like the spacing that allows for bigger plates even I I choose not to use it right now.

Wanted to store plates on my middle upright of the rack. I don’t have a lot of weight on mine so they are holding steady. Easy to move around if needed.

Stay locked in! I’m really enjoying the new collars from Tanner. They are special color and hold the weight on the bar. I never worry about the weights moving during heavy cleans or deadlifts

Love the convenience of this. Finally pulled the trigger and now I don’t have to move my SSB all over the place. It is very solid and looks super clean.

I enjoyed sitting on my butt to feel this load. It was good and the system is pretty smooth to operate. I could just as easily do something else in place of this machine.
